▶ How the product will be delivered

All themes and bundles are downloadable only. You will receive download details to your e-mail after your purchase. E-mails are delivered within a few minutes and also there is the possibility of an email getting lost. Your download link and password (and username) is listed in your order confirmation e-mail. The password is above the download link. If you did not receive your download details please contact us.

iWeb

▶ Does iWeb work with Mac OS X Mountain Lion? Can I still use iWeb?

Yes, iWeb 3.0 still works under OS X Mountain Lion with no problems at all. Even if iWeb is not being actively developed anymore, you will still be able to create, edit and publish your website with iWeb for at least a few years (just not publishing to MobileMe).

▶ Where can I get iWeb from?

- If you have an old Mac with iWeb on it all you have to do is get iWeb application from the Applications folder of the old Mac and transfer it to the new Mac; - If it's your first Mac or you don't have iWeb on your old Mac and want to have it on your new Mac try to find an iLife '09 or iLife '11 DVD to install iWeb; You can buy "iLife 11" retail box from ebay, amazon or other site because Apple several month ago removed them from their stores and iWeb is not listed in App store.

▶ Where should I go after iWeb?

As long as iWeb still works we would stick with iWeb. After iWeb will not work anymore or if you're already looking for alternatives we would recommend you to switch to Realmac's RapidWeaver.

▶ How to install iWeb themes

To install the theme (s):

1. Download the theme;

2. Double click the mouse archive file (file will be extracted);

3. Double click extracted file. You will mount virtual disk which will appear on your desktop or on the left side in Finder window. (.dmg extention means it is a virtual disk);

4. Open virtual disk and you will find Installer package and Read Me file;

5. Launch installer package and follow the instructions;

6. Restart iWeb.

iWeb should be located in Hard Drive/Applications/iWeb

iWeb application title should be "iWeb".

If your iWeb is located in other folder just move your iWeb temporary to this location and install themes again after you will finish install themes you can move iWeb back to previous folder.It is important to install iweb themes to the same hard drive as iWeb. Restart iWeb after installation is finished, under iPresentee group you will find new iWeb themes.

▶ How to install Keynote themes

To install the templates:

1. Download the bundle (I would recommend to download one by one with Firefox because these bundles are big in size);

2. Double click the mouse archive file (file will be extracted);

3. Double click extracted file. You will mount virtual disk (iP black box) which will appear on your desktop or on the left side in Finder window. (.dmg extention means it is a virtual disk)

4. Open virtual disk and you will find Installer package and Read Me file.

5. Launch installer package and follow the instructions. (you need to install only Keynote Themes and Keynote Motion Themes);

6. Restart Keynote.

New themes are listed under "Themes chooser" window.

To install Mail Stationery templates:

1. Download MailStationery.zip or other package;

2. Double click the mouse archive file (file will be extracted);

3. Double click extracted file. You will mount virtual disk which will appear on your desktop or on the left side in Finder window. (.dmg extention means it is a virtual disk);

4. Open virtual disk and you will find Installer package and Read Me file;

5. Launch installer package and follow the instructions;

6. Restart Mail application.

7. New Stationery templates are listed under "iPresentee" or "iP Demo" group.

▶ How can I save a template to the Template Chooser

Save a template to the Template Chooser
  1. With the template you want to save open, choose File > Save as Template.
  2. Use the default location or select a folder and click Save.
  3. Delete a custom template from the Template Chooser
  4. Click the Finder icon in the Dock and choose Go > Go to Folder.
To open the Templates folder, enter:
  1. ~/Library/Application Support/iBooks Author/Templates/My Templates/
  2. Find the custom template and drag it to the Trash.
